The Colleague Zone timesheet section has been updated in the new portal, there are several options to view.
- First, log into your Colleague Zone account with the login info CVS gave you. If you haven’t got your account ready yet, just follow what your HR team told you to do.
- Go to «Timesheets» section. You might find it under «Work Schedule» or «Time Management».
Can’t find the Timesheets section? Sometimes updates make things hard to find for a bit. If this happens, just ask your HR person for help.
Solutions of Problems
- If your PTO balance is not good or your hours are out of compliance - contact customer service.
- Also you can visit the forums where you work to get advice and guidance from others.
- And the last, contact your supervisor or Human Resources (HR).
