Follow these easy steps below:

  1. First, log in to colleaguezone.cvs.com.
  2. If you're part of the RS & Minute Clinic Team: Just type in your seven-digit ID number & access code, and you're in.
  3. CR & PBM Professionals: Use computer ID (C-ID) & access code for a login.
  4. HCB Associates: Your computer ID & access code will get you personalized access too.

  • Heartbeat App: Find the link in the Apps and Tools to sign in.
  • Tap on the ColleagueZone icon on any store device or tablet.
  • Easy link access right from MyReports webpage.
  • Kiosk HR: A simple click on the General HR Link gets you there swiftly.
  • Type in Colleague Zone in your browser and hit enter.

Even former employees can log in for info on past jobs and benefits.
