Once logged in, all employees will be able to track payroll and CVS schedules. Please note that logging in or fixing problems may be difficult at times.

Log in Colleague Zone Online

  1. First, go to the CVS login page (type its address in your web browser).
  2. Next, put in your login details. This step is important to get into the portal so you can check on your work stuff and pay info.
  3. Last, press the Sign in button to go forward. If something's wrong with your login info, you'll need to fix it before getting in.

Remember! If you forget your password, there's an easy way to reset it on the site so you can keep getting into your MyHR CVS resources.

Form includes fields for Username and Password, each with a blank text box for user input.

Fixing Issues in Colleague Zone

  • There can be some problems from not being able to enter your username to system errors that block access to important things like schedules or payroll information.
  • Sometimes, if you're not on a CVS network, it won't let you in without Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Make sure you're connected to CVS's network and have MFA ready through the IAM Self-Service Portal.
  • If you keep having trouble signing in or need more assistance, call the CVS Service Center at 855-280-4872.

Ease Navigating at Portal

For all current and past employees wanting their pay information, knowing how to use this site well matters.

Since colleaguezone.cvs.com is online, now and then there might be updates or bugs. If these issues stop you from logging in or seeing important things like payroll or Workday details, reaching out to IT support quickly will help solve these problems fast.

It can be difficult to find info about your paycheck, when you work next, or details on your health plan. Knowing how to move around the site well is super important. Using the search area or quick links can help you save your time.
